Budapest has long since been on my radar as a place to visit and today’s guest post is specifically aimed at travellers … of a certain age. I know that a lot of our readers are of a similar age to that of myself, Jen and Amanda, and we think it’s definitely something to be celebrated! We hope this post will give you some ideas of what to visit in Budapest, especially if, like me, you’re single, and hopefully it will give me the push to finally visit myself!

The grand St. Stephen’s Basilica is said to be the most important church building in Hungary. Named after Saint Stephen I of Hungary, the first King of Hungary whose “incorruptible” right hand is said to be housed in the reliquary.
