The We Blog Travel team thought it might be fun to tell you what travel plans we have coming up in the next few of months. So if you do have any burning questions about the places, please do let us know and we will answer if we can, or find out for you. With both UK and European holidays, as well as a cruise there is quite a range of holiday ideas we will be exploring.
Well I have three exciting trips on the calendar at the moment. I’ll be visiting Oxford for a couple of days over the Easter Break, and I will giving you some of my tips on what to enjoy when you visit this bustling university city. It looks like an amazing hotel I’ll be staying at, and I’ve always wanted to see the Oxford sights on a city break!
In May I will be heading to Les Alicourts Resort, Pierrefitte (Loire Valley) along with Kate. We’ll be staying in a really cool safari tent, and the trip will be focussing on local food and wine, as well as visiting a spa and trying our hand at canoeing.
Over the summer for our 10 day Italian family holiday, we will be visiting Portofelice, near Venice with Canvas Holidays. I just can’t wait, the area looks amazing, with lots to do for the children, and of course good food and wine too. Perfecto!
I’ve had quite a quiet start to the year except for a brief trip to Valencia visiting a homewares brand, but in a few day’s time I’m jetting off on my first cruise experience. I’ll be travelling with P&O Cruises onboard Britannia as it sails around Barcelona and Rome. I’ll also be experiencing the live episode of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway from the ship whilst it’s docked in Barcelona. With my husband in tow, and the children staying with grandparents this is a real treat; it’s been almost 6 years since we had a weekend break together.
Kate and I also have a trip to Oxford planned for April, so expect plenty of hotel advice and what to see ideas.
I am also planning a family trip to Devon in May, and hoping to explore the beaches and coastline of North Devon. We love British cottage holidays no matter what the weather.
In the summer we have a trip to Italy planned although we’ve yet to confirm the actual location. I’ve not visited for many years and the girls are keen to explore some towns and markets and get a real feel for the culture, the food and lifestyle. Fingers crossed for some sun.
